ASG will bring:

  • Established customer base
  • Established and professional field sales force
  • Established inside sales group
  • Process to forward closed deals to the manufacturer
  • Frequent contact and effective coverage of target markets
  • An ASG professional will interact under the name of the given manufacturer with customers and prospects (i.e. ASG Rep wears a Smith Electronics Firm of California shirt to a targeted account during sales call and represents a Smith and Co. business card to that prospect)
 

The Manufacturer will bring:

  • Good quality products
  • Competitive lead times and on-time shipments
  • Discounts and prices that permit an equitable profit
  • Joint planning and execution of programs
  • Frequent, timely and accurate communications
  • A long-term organizational commitment to ASG
  • Good product image
  • Provide advertising tools and product literature to ASG that is innovative and updated regularly (including informational website)
  • Provide a mechanism through which ASG can work in supporting customers for things such as field application engineering and technical support for end users and OEMs (i.e. manufacturer has in house engineering resources that ASG account manager can utilize to close business deals.)
